These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the MIFGE platform, vault, websites, creator pages, partner pages, emails, text messages, offers, downloads, tools, and related services operated by Vaughn Labs, LLC ("MIFGE," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using MIFGE, creating an account, unlocking the vault, claiming a free gift, submitting information, or clicking a button such as "Join," "Unlock," "Claim," "Get Access," or similar, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Who May Use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to use MIFGE. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
Accounts and Access
You may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, business information, interests, goals, preferences, location, or other details to unlock the vault, claim a gift, join a list, access content, or create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account. You agree not to create accounts using false information, impersonate another person or business, access another user's account, or use the Service for unlawful or abusive purposes.
We may create unclaimed creator, expert, or partner profile pages using publicly available information, submitted information, or information provided by third parties. A creator or partner may request to claim, update, verify, or remove their profile by contacting us at hello@mostincrediblefreegiftever.com.
The Vault, Gifts, and Partner Offers
MIFGE may display, promote, organize, or link to gifts, downloads, trainings, templates, workshops, scorecards, tools, trials, communities, newsletters, podcasts, videos, and other resources offered by us or by third-party partners.
Unless we expressly state otherwise:
- Free gifts are provided by the relevant partner, creator, or third-party provider.
- Gift availability, content, estimated value, eligibility, delivery, restrictions, and quality may change at any time.
- MIFGE does not guarantee that any gift, offer, strategy, training, or resource will produce a particular result.
- Claimed values, estimated values, retail values, savings, or comparable values are estimates only.
- A partner may require you to opt in, create an account, attend a presentation, join a list, or complete additional steps before receiving a gift.
- Partner sites, products, services, communities, payments, coaching, warranties, refunds, support, data practices, and legal terms are controlled by the partner, not MIFGE.
No Professional Advice
The Service may include content related to business, money, investing, personal development, mindset, spirituality, relationships, health, fitness, wellness, marketing, sales, taxes, legal topics, or other subjects. This content is for general educational and informational purposes only.
MIFGE does not provide medical, mental health, financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, fitness, or other regulated professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions that could affect your health, finances, business, legal rights, or personal life.
Marketing Communications
By submitting your information or using the Service, you authorize MIFGE to contact you by email and other channels you provide, subject to applicable law. If you provide a phone number and separately consent to receive text messages, you authorize MIFGE and, where disclosed, selected partners to send marketing and transactional text messages using automated technology. Consent to marketing texts is not required to use the Service or make a purchase.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in an email. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP, or by following the instructions provided in the message. We may still send non-marketing messages related to your account, transactions, legal notices, security, or support.
Data Sharing and Data Monetization
MIFGE's business model may include sharing, selling, licensing, disclosing, or otherwise making user information, lead information, interest data, audience segments, engagement data, or similar data available to partners, sponsors, advertisers, vendors, service providers, affiliates, or other third parties, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your use of the Service is conditioned on your review of the Privacy Policy. You may opt out of sale or sharing where applicable by visiting our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.
Partner and Creator Terms
If you are a creator, expert, sponsor, affiliate, advertiser, or partner using MIFGE to submit or promote gifts, resources, content, offers, profiles, or data, you agree that:
- You have all rights necessary to submit, promote, and distribute your content and offers.
- Your claims, testimonials, prices, values, scarcity statements, earnings claims, health claims, financial claims, and results claims must be truthful, substantiated, and compliant with applicable law.
- You are responsible for your own sales pages, funnels, customer support, fulfillment, refunds, subscriptions, products, services, advertising compliance, email and SMS compliance, privacy notices, and data handling.
- You will not upload malware, scrape data without permission, misuse user information, or contact users in violation of applicable law.
- You grant MIFGE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, promote, distribute, modify for formatting, and otherwise use your submitted content, name, likeness, logos, biographical information, gift details, and offer information in connection with the Service.
Separate partner agreements, insertion orders, data-sharing agreements, sponsorship terms, affiliate terms, or paid account terms may also apply. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the more specific signed or accepted partner terms control for that relationship.
User Content and Submissions
You may submit information, comments, reviews, profile information, survey answers, goals, preferences, testimonials, business details, or other content. You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant MIFGE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit that content in connection with operating, improving, marketing, and monetizing the Service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any law, regulation, third-party right, or contractual obligation.
- Use the Service for spam, fraud, phishing, scraping, credential harvesting, malware, harassment, or abusive activity.
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service.
- Copy, resell, or commercially exploit the Service without permission.
- Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated systems except as expressly allowed by us.
- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, results, credentials, offers, or intent.
- Submit sensitive personal data unless we specifically request it.
- Use user data, lead data, or partner data in violation of law, these Terms, or any applicable agreement.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, branding, names, text, graphics, layouts, software, workflows, databases, taxonomies, vault structure, and other materials, is owned by MIFGE or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or exploit our intellectual property without our written permission.
Third-party creator names, images, trademarks, logos, resources, and gifts belong to their respective owners. Display of a third-party creator, brand, or offer does not necessarily mean that the creator or brand endorses MIFGE unless expressly stated.
Third-Party Sites and Services
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party websites, tools, platforms, payment processors, forms, calendars, communities, social media platforms, advertisers, analytics providers, and partner funnels. We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, privacy practices, security, products, services, or promises.
Purchases, Paid Features, and Partner Payments
Some features, placements, partner access, sponsorships, promotions, advertising, data access, subscriptions, or other commercial services may require payment. Additional terms may apply. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may change pricing, availability, features, or commercial terms at any time. If a third-party partner sells you a product or service, that transaction is between you and the partner unless MIFGE is expressly identified as the seller.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, MIFGE disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, and results.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
- Gifts, resources, partner offers, or links will remain available.
- Content will be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your circumstances.
- You will achieve any particular business, financial, health, relationship, mindset, spiritual, or personal result.
- Any partner, creator, advertiser, or third party will comply with its promises, policies, or legal obligations.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MIFGE and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, vendors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business opportunity, reputational harm, personal injury, or emotional distress, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid MIFGE for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MIFGE and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, vendors, licensors, and partners from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms or applicable law, your contact with users or partners, or your handling of personal information.
Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, misused the Service, infringed rights, violated law, or for any other lawful reason.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain provisions will survive termination, including intellectual property, data rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and any provisions that by their nature should survive.
Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at hello@mostincrediblefreegiftever.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
